Shipping: Shipping rates are automated on the website based on weight.
All orders are shipped with USPS, as a small business it is the most affordable. Therefore, it is the default option on our website. If you would like to request another shipping carrier please let me know before your purchase. Pricing may differ based on the carrier you choose.
Expedited Orders: Unfortunately, not all orders will be processed the next day. But if you would like something as soon as possible, please contact us before placing an order. Expedited shipping is an increased price for shipping rate.
After the processing period (2-3 days after placing the order) your order will be shipped and a notification will be sent to the contact information used to place the order.
Once your order is shipped, the notification system will automatically update the tracking information to the contact information selected at checkout. After it is shipped, it is out of my possession at the post office. Unfortunately, after your purchase is dropped off at the post office, I can only access a tracking number. Therefore after that, I am not responsible for any lost stolen, or damaged packages. I will gladly help you in any way I can. But in case of an accident after shipping you must contact USPS. Returns/Exchange: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no possible exchanges unless the investigation concludes it is the owner's fault. Examples may include a product leak, etc.
Refunds: Refunds are only eligible after an investigation of a faulty product. Refunds are not eligible on orders that have been marked as delivered by carrier. Customers may also request a refund before the order has shipped out. If a product was returned to the sender due to a wrong address a refund may be given for the products, NOT the shipping fee.
Processing Time: 2-3 days before the order is ready for shipping or pickup. May be up to 5 days if it is a custom order based on availability.
Pickups/Meetups Eligibility: Returning customers, friends, and family are eligible for a meetup or local pickup.
Pickup/Meetup: After processing, your order will be marked as ready and you will be notified using contact information from the order or Instagram DM. Pickup or meetup must be scheduled within 5 days of being ready or it will be canceled and restocked. Pickups/meetups have to be confirmed the day before your scheduled window.
Free Pickup: Only available for those eligible in The Bronx. The exact pickup address will be sent, once the time and date are confirmed.
Local Delivery: Only available in Fordham for those eligible for a $2 fee directly to the front of your residence.
Meetups: We meet somewhere between us in Manhattan for $3.
Time Slots for Pickup/Meet/Delivery: Time slots consist of 10 minutes of the agreed time. For example, if you select 2:30 pm you must arrive between 2:30 to 2:40 pm to prevent a cancellation or late fee.
Late: If you are running late for your scheduled slot please let us know as soon as possible if you let us know before the hour we can reschedule. But after we have agreed on your lateness and you'd still like to receive your order there will be an additional fee of $5.
No Show: No communication toward the time slot for the order will result in an automatic cancellation after 10 minutes. The products will be restocked, and if you would like to reschedule there will be a $5 fee.
Pickup/Meetup/Delivery Fees: If paying cash all will be due exactly at the point of receiving, or can be sent electronically in real-time.

- Late Fee(After 10 minutes): $5
- No Show + Reschedule Last Minute: $5
Packages: Luvii.Beauty is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after an order has been shipped, it is no longer in our possession to be responsible.
Discounts: Only one discount code can be used per order.
Luvii.Beauty reserves the right to refuse service.
